Najiz is the digital arm of the Saudi Ministry of Justice. Residents and businesses use it for court filings, power of attorney issuance, real estate transactions, marriage and divorce records, and notary services.
Many corporate setups also touch Najiz for Articles of Association notarisation, board resolutions, and legal status verifications during business formation.

How to access
1. Log in via Nafath
Both residents and citizens authenticate using Nafath (the unified Absher identity service).
2. Pick the service category
Choose from court services, notary, personal status, or real estate.
3. Pay and download
Pay fees on SADAD; signed digital documents become downloadable immediately.
FAQs
Yes. Any resident with a valid Iqama and Absher account can authenticate via Nafath and use most Najiz services.
Log in, choose 'General Power of Attorney', enter the agent's details, specify the powers, and pay the fee. The document is digitally signed and verifiable.
After MOFA attestation, yes. The digital signature carries the same legal weight as a paper-notarised document.
