The MOI Qatar portal (portal.moi.gov.qa) is run by the Ministry of Interior and consolidates residency permit, visa, traffic, and criminal evidences services into a single web platform.
Residents, sponsors, and visitors use it to check visa status by passport number, renew RPs and QIDs, pay fines, and request Good Conduct Certificates. Most services accept Qatari debit and credit cards for online payment.
