Overview
ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security) runs residency and identity services across every emirate except Dubai. It's the federal counterpart to GDRFA-Dubai.
Residents use the ICP UAE Smart Services app or icp.gov.ae to apply for and renew residence visas, manage Emirates IDs, check file validity by passport number, pay overstay and immigration fines, and issue entry permits for family members.

How to access
1. Download or visit
Install 'ICP UAE Smart Services' from the App Store/Play Store or open icp.gov.ae.
2. Log in with UAE PASS
UAE PASS is the fastest path; you can also register directly with passport and Emirates ID.
3. Use
Apply for visas, check fines, renew Emirates ID, and pay online with card or Apple Pay/Google Pay.
